Yes but if you take it they search it and you cant bring in any outside food or drink..... if you roll up towels and stand them on end in the backpack you can sneak in waterbottles in the towels

yes. you have to open it for a search at the gate. you can leave it in a bin while riding everything except for fury 325...for that ride no one with any lose items will be allowed in line. you have to rent a locker for $2 per hour or have someone stay behind and hold your bag.
