The season tickets give you unlimited access to the park and free parking all season long. You also get early park access, discounts on merchandise and food purchases. They also have bring a friend days that allow you to purchase discount tickets for friends to come along with you.

Depending which season pass you get we always do family gold and it includes unlimited park visits , discounts on food and merch , free parking , and also entry into special holiday events such as Scarowinds and Winter event for Christmas.

There are some very nice and cheap hotels close by, especially through the booking app
Park entrance and parking are the only things included. You can add on meal plans and drink plans. I don't know about accommodations.
Lodging is not included with any of the season passes. There are places to stay just outside of carowinds though
