Call n talk to their customer service ppl but im not totally sure but ive been told they give rain checks 4 days like today... But def call n ask them...
At the moment, the park has confirmed they’re closed for the day on social media but unfortunately they haven’t made a statement regarding refunds/reschedules for tickets. I would advise following their Twitter or Instagram for further updates - I hope you & everyone else at the park can get this figured out, doesn’t sounds like a fun time at all :( hope this helped!

If you are in the park and they close due to weather before q certain time, they offer a rain check. If they reopen a few hours later, you are screwed. We ran into this issue
You would need to go to the Carowinds page and send a written communication via the contact us section at the very bottom of the website. Carowinds honors written request just be patient in them responding. They do offer refunds on a case by case basis. Carrowinds is a stand up place to buy from. They don't rip people off.
