Great answers. Also keep in mind that not all of the water attractions will be available since most of the workers are gone back to school, or home base

Yes its included . The water park closes for the season in a few days though .

Yes it includes both the Theme Park and Water Park. Unfortunately the water park closed on Labor Day.
