Water is definitely free. We went out to a restaurant with all intentions of going back till 10 pm and got too full and went home instead. If you leave the park, eat lite. Lol

U can bring your own food in a cooler, when u want to eat go back to your car and make sure u get a stamp, or u can go to a restaurant near the park and grab a stamp, then u just have to show the stamp to get back in
The ice water is free... Maybe people are high?
