Each pass is for one person. Children 3-5 years old can get a free pre-k pass. Under 3 is free. Above 5 everyone needs their own pass or ticket. As for parking one pass per car is needed.

The platinum pass only allows you to enter, now if you're referring to reservations you can add up to 14 people on a single reservation.
