Very unprofessional... I gotta a rental car from here and not only did the company keep my security deposit but they also continued to charge me unknown fees two weeks after I returned the car. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!
M. de Cruz
Very long pick up line..waited about 35min. The electronic check in...was pointless. Kiosk reps busy on phones apprently something on there is much more important than helping a customer while on the clock. The car was a box on wheels. Only 2 air vents, back seat suana. Car seat rental...absolutely not ok. Plastic seat with a thin lining...padding free. No shoulder guards no cup holder. My almost 2 year old can carry the seat. Just not safe. If you book online...its nearly double $$ by the time you're returning ( 6day rental). Very odd rental experience...its a help yourself approach, no one checks the car before or after. To think we chose this car rental company because of higher ratings.

If like long lines and unhelpful staff, this is rental place for you!

Tried to give a lesser of a car for the. Elite car I paid for and I had to take the car to the car wash inside and out was dirty

Watch out for up charges when you recive your credit card statement in 1 month ! There are not very nice ! And they say you took the option and will not refund you !
It was the same way when I went there, I think its because of the covid that they have limited employees
You can also get a car from their exchange lane and go straight to the checkout booth.
Give them a call
It was ridiculous last weekend as well.
So true and they make a lot fo mistakes
When you get to the airport follow the signs for car rental return It's on either side of the airport, terminal a and b
Right now everything is going to be it's not just the rental car companies Supply demand is where it is the demand is high so the price will go up try to travel non-peak season
Yes they are
You have 4 hours after your pickup-time to pickup the vehicle, but, if you return the vehicle later than your drop-off time they will charge you an extra day
definitely yes, means they get their money quicker too via debit card
Yeah that Budget counter is the WORST...of all my rental car experiences at MCO. I will never use Budget again especially at MCO. Had at least 40 minute wait there last Friday.
You can ,you would want to let them know that.... of course if it's too late and you've already booked your reservations call them up and be certain to tell them and get their name. The cost would be roughly 45 dollars A-day and no there's no mileage, it's unlimited. They can however charge you if you just show up in Orlando to return the call without letting them know 1st.
If you get in the FastBreak program, the process is a breeze
What the number for Budjet front desk in Orlando ? I don’t want Custumer service number I would like to front desk . This guy G Angelo hourly charged me for something I didn’t do . No communication he just does it without asking I’m goibh thru terrible experience now
Front of True Toyota Sienna or. Dodger Grand Caravan. I have always had a good experience with the Orlando Budget Rental and I rent there frequently.
There's no clear cut answer on this, it all depends on the vehicle availability that budget has at the time you make the reservation.
You might want to talk to customer service about that one. Sounds like it shouldn’t be an issue but I would call them and explain my situation just to be sure
It is Terminal B of Orlando International Airport.
Locally the location I use is always accessible. I suggest building a relationship with the location you use
Chk where you take your drop off when take reservation...
Yes, valid license, major credit card. Budget now holds $200 plus the cost of the rental. So if your rental is $200.00, thats $400.00
Lol seriously? Then anyone can walk up to the counter?
Just their name and DL number
Yes, but there is usually an added charge.
Google drive the best GPS, is on your phone.
Budget car rental in Orlando was the worst service ever. Took 3 hrs to get a vehicle that I had a reservation for and did have the option I wanted tried to get me to pay more.
You can always drop your car off BEFORE the due time and date. They will adjust the difference. Just make sure the tank is full so you don't pay the price for them to fill it up.
It's $5.95 per day for the use of Budgets pass up to a max of 29. per rental plus tolls.
This happened to me last weekend. Got there 4 hours later. They charged me for an day, about $25.00. The agent at the airport did not tell me that. I called the 800 number and they removed the extra charge.
I have no idea as I am a regular customer.
If your a fast break member you can walk straight to the parking structure 2nd floor and get your car at the little booth.
V6
Did you have any luck? I'm having the SAME issue!
No I don't think so
Yes booster seats are extra.
Yes if you and her are fast break member and you will need to choose pay now option
They have bucket front seat. The car was an Hibrid, so it came with the latest car seat design... Hope this helps....
Usually US car rental agencies do accept debit cards, but they might require a larger hold on the card that may take longer to be returned. Call them to check.
I always go straight to the kiosk because they always have that "Net Charge" on my receipt which in my case is alwàys an automatic gas charge because I "Didn't Drive Enough Miles" 😱😠😡😶 P.S. I always have them erase that charge 👌🏾
Follow the signs, there will be more than one. Budget/Avis go to the same drop off.
I did it through their website. Requires a credit card, valid driver's license.
If you can rent in one office and deliver in another. You must notify when you rent.
Yes, there will be an extra charge which varies according to the company but it's certainly possible.
You can get a tourist sunpass in the mail. Then it won't cost you anything but the tolls. You get it right from sunpass, not budget. Check their website.
It can be toll, if you used the ezpass automatic payment device. It can also be a cleaning charge if you left any stains that should have been treated professionally, or could be imposed. Ask for the bill, if you don't have it, and there it will tell you exactly what the charge is. If it says tax, it is tax. If you say tolls, it's toll.
Yes, but it must be enough time in advance - go online to the website and try to change the reservation. If you don't succeed, call the place where you are supposed to go looking for the car as soon as possible.
No
Downstairs; there are different rentals where Budget.
Very complicated rules with debit cards. Call customer service for their requirements.
If your using your insurance the proof you keep in the car should be enough. Remember tagging you with their insurance is how they add to the total cost.

The best way to get location specific questions to is to call the main customer service number that you can find using search on Google. Not only will they be able to answer your question, but they can also give you the best rates.
Best bet call directly
Hi, Did you get your money back? I have the same problem with the same amount of money
Our car was very dirty when we pick it up was charged for 20 for gas even though it was full of gas
As long as budget can put a hold on funds until car is returned, should be able
I dont think so... I did mine with priceline and had to got to the counter, funny thing us that they upgraded the car for no extra cost... #win
I think all you need to do is make sure that the SunPass which is in your vehicle is switched to the off position. However I would still tell them because a toll operator around Orlando told me that it was still picking up the SunPass despite the fact that I had it turned off....
Tolls is faster
They do have car seats, but usually free to check a car seat and then you at least know what accidents it has been involved in
Call to rent a car. And good luck.
Very happy with price and with car.
They do have ford edge.... excellent car!!!
You have to have a return flight out of MCO the day you return the car
Bring your placard
Good cars, but initial rental line was slow 45 minutes
oh yes depends how many days you booked it for and you can always book it one way or returned and for one way they usually charge 200USD fee
Be prepared for 90 min wait in line. We picked up last week and when we eventually got to the counter were told Budget had laid off employees and were now struggling to service people. I hope they have it sorted. I would suggest 1 of your party go straight down in case of line up. Hope I'm wrong.
U can get a ticket and pay cash
You can online.... better to do thay so you can check availability. Be prepared for long wait times whether you book ahead or not.
I also had the Toyota. It was nice.
Well its usually we pickup our vehicles on the ground level at the airport. But, in this case the website you booked your car from check their conformation email the pickup address and all the details should be there if not than give them a call and they will let you know all the details and they will send you the car rental aggrement/terms and conditions. Hopefully this helps you out.
Yes, but you have to arrange this before you book
Just expect to wait in line for an hour and dont bother calling, they dont answer and the managers voice mail is full always. Check the reviews on facebook 370 bad ones and like 20 good ones...
GPS costs extra
Sign up for their fast break rental program, its free
10-15 mins walk to security. Security times vary. Then a shuttle from security to SWA airside
YES you can
Not sure, however it's usually 10 to 15 percent discount for AARP member on other vendor in similar business.
Budget gives an AARP discount but I don't know if they offer one to travel agents.
Yes, the car rental place is connected to the airport terminal building. We went to the car rental company counter to check in and do paper work then pickup our car at parking garage type of building accross the street.
Should be ok with any car rental place within US, but from the experience with this rental place, where the employee who is supposed to be helping you values more in chatting with other female employee, just bring a book or magazine and be prepare to spend some time there. We waited for an hour and half to get our car with a so called "reservation".
I believe you do but they are not clear on that. People next to us didn't have enough credit available on card to cover full rental plus deposit to put thru hold on credit card. So they went to atm to get cash plus credit card. They were annoyed no one told them. We were annoyed we waited on line for 90 minutes. Then another 30 minutes to get a car. Yes, we had a reservation. They said they were there almost 3 hours.
Yea, it's in Orlando airport. Be sure To Sign Up For Free Budget Fastbreak before you travel & it'll save you time getting vehicle.
Usually any overtime results in a full day's rental charge.
