I have rented from this location multiple times, located on-site inside the main terminal garages, always extremely efficient (especially the Emerald Aisle option), great selection of clean and well-maintained vehicles, signage is clear and visible, and service is always top notch. Great job National!

I use the emerald aisle at MCO. Staff at this location was exceptional as they have always been towards me. Would be a 5 star review except the first car I selected reaked of cigarette smoke and the key fob was literally broken into 2 pieces. I know they can't control the damage that inconsiderate customers cause, but putting that cat back into service without correcting the issues is well within their control. Overall a great experience and will be using them again.

Drive anywhere in USA and return back
You return from where you got it. The rental return has a sign off the road to the terminal and drop off.
I have never seen one, but, that doesn't mean they do not offer them. They do have larger SUVS

There emerald isle is stocked with vans, midsize SUVs, and trucks. Keep your full size rental reservation. You come out cheaper. And if your executive elite they range rover rentals. Just left last weekend had I had a drop top Camaro and nice dodge van. Pays to be emerald club member. 💯

No shuttle. It's a short walk.
The tools are digital. We used them between airport and Disney without issue. Takes a week or two to be invoiced.

They do not. But you have to find a location that sends cars one way. Not ever National Car location will.
National car rental Orlando international is located directly across the street from the terminal. You don't have to take a bus or shuttle.

The way National works if you are a member and have a reservation is that you pick your car and drive out, checking out with the kiosk on exit. So the counters don't need to be open if you already have a car reserved.

Easiest is to go online to the National site and just book it for days and time needed. Risky just tryinf to pick up when you arrive as it gets very busy and could run out of cars that meet your needs
The location is 8n the parking garage across the drive. You will go to the level where the rental car desks are, then go across the drive and into the parking garage. No shuttle needed
