Zero stars. I declined extra insurance coverage and was charged for it. Upon calling the the corporate office I was told they are not connected to their own rental sites. Total professional scam company. Use someone else

Good cars and prices a little expensive

Yasser assisted with car rental and providing detail information about fuel, toll, car pick up and drop off. Thanks for your help.

It is so hidden from the airport that it is difficult to find them. The other thing is that they give you dirty cars. charges too much to leave dirty cars. I hope they improve the service.

Inside terminal first floor. If you're a blue chip member or dollar express member then go straight to the garage and your name will be on the board along with others
That is not supposed to do it, that's why I always book through Viajesmos.com there I include you in the secure reservation and tax when I checked it through that page I went to Thrifty and what I charge the page arrived there I informed the car and already The only thing I paid was the tolls. But the advantage of booking there and not with them is that prices are a thousand times cheaper. Example a car with them can leave the day at $ 45 But if you do it with the page the same car model costs you $ 20 and the good with insurance and tax included more that page whenever you book online gives you 25% of discount I hope my opinion helps you for a future opportunity.
Do you accept prepaid cards?
Yes you can once you have an flight interary showing your leaving. Best bet is call Thrifty
I had a traverse but they had a lot of suvs to choose from. I saw a Honda pilot, a pathfinder, a Rogue and more.
This place is awful, you will end up in line and you will be very very lucky if they have your car, they left over 50 of us that prepaid and reserved in line for over 4 hours because they have a habbit of overbooking
You can go there and talk to someone
Call them is definitely the best option.
Did you try to email them with your questions.
It's going to be there, just relax... Breathe in.. Breathe out.
Hello. We rented directly at the orlando airport and they held us in the visa 500 $ deposit
Find the drop off point for Thrifty/Dollar/Hertz. You'll see signs for it when you first enter the airport. I recall there's a rental drop off area A and area B. You need the area B.
There is usually someone there as long as the airport is open.
Try the app Orbitz
Once in the main terminal following signs to go down and follow signs. Its o. The main level garages to pickup car is just across the street.
Is there an answer to this question?
Possibly. You can call customer service.
Call the 1800..number
Not unless you rent a car. You can check with your hotel to see if they offer a shuttle.
Not easy. They'll point you out of some doors. Cross the street, you'll see signs pointing you toward the car rentals.
No, you would have to add on or just use your phone
They say, fill out a form in LOST RETURNS to return your item, there it appears on the list, I have called and written thousands of times and NOTHING, until they went to the airport and there they were told that the item could not be returned, that it should wait for the answer in the mail, MUCH MISSES ARE MADE A CAMERA Ahhh but 15 days later, I get charged tolls! Where I paid ALL !!! And I'm totally sure of that! (Toll device).
My husband rent car last feb and my 21 years old daugther did not pay extra tax to be included as an extra driver.
I rente in Orlando, I had a doubt for the delivery, I called and the person who answered me was an interpreter, a cold man as if he was not talking to a person and he did not give me a solution. I would not rent with them again, because of bad experience.
Yes
There's a switch to turn it off....read the manual..
I'm not for sure ...give the airline that your flying with a call. Sorry I couldn't answer your question.
Thrifty's policy is to put a hold of $250 USD on your card when you pick it up, even if the actual booking cost is much less. I guess they do it to cover incidentals till you return the car.
Well you get of the plane and with the monorail you go to terminal A And then you follow the signe car rental
It is all signed out. Is the last one in the line. Follow the signs to returns car.
English please..
Not sure, but i dont believe so
They asked me for a credit card directly
Nope. Rent is for per day use
No idea. You should contac them.
I drived 8 days in Florida. I was everywhere and I didn't have a need in toll roads. Free roads were ok, so if you are going to travel a bit you may skip buying local sun pass.
They made us take it at the counter, but my husband called and told them he expected it to be taken off when we returned our car. (Our car insurance covers us when we rent, but rental counter said it was required.) We won't be renting from Thifty again.
If you're asking about a specific rental car... I have no idea. By looking at the 2017 & 2018 Nissan Quest models, it seems that you can order the 2nd row as 2 Captain chairs or a 3 person bench seat. The 3rd row is a 2 person bench seat.
You have a couple of options: 1) you can add on a toll pass (Sunpass) at the rental place. 2) generally the tolls have a sunpass lanes and cash only lanes...cash only is usually on the far right hand lanes. 3) if the toll is unmanned then you need to have exact change. Hope this helps.
I'm not certain about that. They might still need a signature.
It doesn't. But don't use them they are the worst company in the airport, they have multiple car company in one line, so get ready for about a two hour wait in line.
Standard age is 25. Renters under 25 are subject to daily surcharge. Those under 21 can rent if working for government and are on official business.
Follow rental return signs. Pull in behind other cars, leave running, they'll look over car with you and hand you a receipt for you to turn into the office and for your copy.
For the benefit of anyone else reading this old question, when renting at the MCO airport use a free program called Visitor Toll Pass (google search).
