Very good service, I don't know if it's because they're inside Disney or what, but the service was excellent. In the office everything was facilities and kindness, they picked us up for free from the hotel and helped us with our bags. In addition to giving us an upgrade in the car, it was very clean and in perfect condition.

Never had a problem before but this time I had a car with a problem & it took 4 hours to resolve to get a swap out. Current fleet are high milers at MCO in Full Size SUV

I rented a minivan at the airport and had to change the vehicle at the headquarters located on Car Care Drive due to a defect (burned arrow light). When it rained, the windshield wiper blade didn't clean the glass as it should. After returning it, I was still surprised by an extra charge of U$400.00!

Alamo will pick you up at your resort. Check with the front desk for times. Turning the car is confusing. You have to go through the Magic Kingdom gate. Tell them you are returning a car. Stay left and turn by the gas station. Of course, this was October 2018 and everything may have changed by now.

I am at the All Star Sporr resort, they can pick me up on 05/25/18 at 9 am to pick up a reserved car.

The same reception staff of the All Star communicates with Alamo so that they can look for you. A blue micro with the Alamo logo will be waiting for you at the door.

Is there a key drop at this location to drop off a car after hours?

At the hotel reception they contact Álamo and they will pick you up at the hotel to pick up the vehicle.
