I was told at the desk that even with a credit card they won't rent cars to Florida residents. If you have a Florida license they won't rent to you! Super upsetting! I've never heard of anything like this before

How come Expedia and other sites still listing these SCAMMERS? How come Visa is still processing payments for them? THE OWNER TRIED TO SCAM ME. I CALLED THE POLICE. Dispute the charges and file a complaint with the site that listed Priceless Car Rental. The owner herself tried to SCAM me yesterday so I called the police. The owners and SEVERAL EMPLOYEES lied to the police for which I believe they should go to jail. Investigated now by FraudRanger for SCAM & FRAUD of its owner. Expedia and HOTWIRE will be brought in and will dump them. Customers should file disputes and the business will no longer be able to operate. TV stations are looking into the shady business the the owner. Place your bad review EVERYWHERE. Don't be lazy. I agree. Based on my experience, this location has very bad bait-and-switch business practices, bully/scare tactics, and other bad customer service issues. Customers should file online consumer complaints with the Florida State Attorney General's office.

The Better Business Bureau brought me satisfaction with this issue with car rentals from Priceless through Expedia being overcharged for insurance which I didn't need.
We had hard proof and were still required. Don't know if it's true but they said FL state requires a $0 deductible, which seemed really, really odd.
Used them one time no problem.

If you read online it's right on the website, and in the contract. It's pretty standard for all rental car companies to not even accept debit cards anymore. Be happy they'll even accept it.
Most of them have only left two reviews, this place and the sister car rental company. Completely dubious.
More complaints to the attorney general about the place and ir owner. She's going to jail. There is a class action coming up.

You have to get a quote through the company's website. They offer a free shuttle from the airport to the car rental agency.
