The Better Business Bureau brought me satisfaction with this issue with car rentals from Priceless through Expedia being overcharged for insurance which I didn't need.
File a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
I had to call 3 times to get my deposit back. The First 2 times they said they would put it back on my card but didn't. Other than that everything was good.
