This was a terrible experience! Do not book through them. They confirmed my booking online at one price and when I showed up to get car the price had tripled! It was a super dirty car and service was HIGHLY unprofessional. They will NOT charge you to use your own insurance! An absolute scam!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We booked a car from the company on Sept 3, 2022. We bought insurance from them and had the car be protected. We get an email 1 week later stating that we had done big damages to the car and they charged us 1200$ we took a video of the car before we took it off premises to showcase the damages that we on the car before we even drove it. The car was returned in the same state Sept 8 2022. We tried in contact with their support team to show them the evidence that we didn't damage the car. but they have not responded to our inquires for almost 2 weeks. would never rent from them again

If you've read the other reviews, mine is very much the same. THIS COMPANY IS BAD and you will be part of a bait and switch scam that you've never experienced. I walked in with a quote I got from Skyscanner. When I got to the booth, I was told that the cost was four times the amount I was quoted. I was also told a few times that I would have to leave a $250 security deposit. I asked why. I had my own insurance, and ezpass for the tolls. THE REPRESENTATIVE, Douglass TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT. I figured my time was more valuable than the cost of getting a car somewhere else. They gave me the keys and told me to check for damage. I would be responsible for anything not pointed out. The car was loaded with dings, and the bumper was partially detached. We put our bags in the trunk. Then the car wouldn’t start. My daughter was reading the reviews and showed them to me. It was very evident the place is a scam. They bait and switch on the rate, then they try to bleed you on the security deposit for the damage already done to the cars. I made them open the trunk, we took our bags and I told them I didn’t want to rent from them. I was on the phone with AMEX at the same time disputing the charge. They still wanted to charge me a day when their POS car wouldn’t even start. We took an uber out of their lot and was hoping that was the end … As it turns out, they’re still trying to bill my Amex. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give zero stars I would, but it won't let me post without at least 1 star

100% true on the reviews. DONT TRUST YOUR RESERVATION PRICE. I paid $23.xx, when I got to the rental, which is not part of the airport, I needed to take a shuttle, I was charged an addition $88.xx. Making the true total cost to $111.xx. Went back to the airport and got a rental for thrifty car rentals. Only paid $94.xx. I at least avoided the hassle of getting my security deposit back, read the reviews. They are true. All of there 5 star review have been purchased to ensure they can get client before they need to change there name again.

Questions & Answers

Why do you allow your receptionist Andrea to be extremely rude to your customers? Then just say that she is a manager and there is nothing to be done about it?

Good afternoon. After checking surveillance cameras in place Andrea was never rude to you. She explained everything very clear on what you were getting charged and why, you agreed to everything, signed everything very peacefully, and after you left you started calling everywhere and leaving this kind of comments. We do not understand where you are coming from. You have a nice day!

How can I talk to someone other than Andrea about the problems I experience with this company?

If your problem was with overcharging, or from being charged for damage to the car that you did not do, go directly to your credit card company. When VISA contacts them they will listen and respond. After I explained to VISA how they took money off of my card for damage that I did not cause, VISA contacted them and had the charge removed.
