We have been renting enterprise cars for years and Quinta was one of the nicest representatives we ever worked with! She was professional & extremely helpful, next we visit Florida we will request Quinta’s help again!
David Ventura
I have never had any problem with this company but in this specific location there is a lady that is so unprofessional that made something so simple the worst experience I’ve had trying to rent a car
Ivan Odell
The service was great, all attendants were very nice, the car was really nice many thanks
Dawn
Horrible Customer Service experience. I have been waiting for hours for a confirmation. Can't get anyone from the Orlando airport office on the phone. Adding on to original review! I don't know why they even have a phone #. Day 2 of trying to contact this location. Enterprise corporate emailed back that they wanted to help, guess who is not helping and has not returned my calls
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
Follow signs on the drive in...worked out really well...just watch the signs
If you are planning to drop off your Enterprise rental car immediately prior to boarding a cruise ship, you absolutely CAN do this in the Port Canaveral area. I know because we just did this dropoff this week. Do NOT go to the Enterprise site in Cocoa if you are catching a cruise; they will direct you to their other Enterprise site at Port Canaveral. After processing your car return, they will shuttle you to your ship on whatever cruise line you are taking. I assume this location wil also work if you wanted to rent a car following a cruise vacation as well.
Yes
You should as some companies ask for age 25. Try budget or Avis , Hertz, thrifty, dollar if you're denied. Use major credit card for lessor amount holds.
Average prices 30-100 (economy to mid sized) insurances can average about 25-50 a day. Or be fully covered on your own auto. We rented a car for 2 days it was 147 total cost a small SUV. I would make a reservation because cars can go fast!!
As long as they have an Enterprise office there, you can pick it up at one location and drop it off at another. There is an extra charge, though (it may vary according to distance, probably). We paid only about $12 extra for renting it at Clermont, Fl. H dropping it off at the Orlando Intl. Airport. 😁
You can contact the closest one. Everything has changed.
Good car for rental 👍
You dont need a ticket to get a car. Just a driver's license n credit card.
Sorry can't help with this question, as we dropped off our car at Rosen hotel ....
Some locations will allow debit cards with a substantial cash deposit and require insurance against vehicle damage.
Just ain't right!
If they treat you anything like they treated me, they will make sure everything works out!
Yes, they do do one way trips. Super cool company.
Yep, easy to access, great deals, fast in self out pick up drop off
Yes, Follow signs to Airport and you will see car rental return signs.
Yup, they do
Call them please
As far as I know there is a 300$ hold plus rental cost
Only thing we had an issue with and really wasn't a big deal when you get the car you run your credit card but they don't take the money on the spot they wait till you return the car to do so,so make sure you have the money to cover it at the end of the rental like I said no big deal but it would be nice to know that at the start
You can return an Enterprise rental at any branch
Yes. They will put a hold on the card for the full rental plus 20%.
The only way your getting shuttled anywhere by enterprise is showing you have a reservation for a vehicle pickup at a Enterprise location. Rent the car & return the car to airport before flight no shuttle needed then.
Atleast $300 on your card
Call the mco front desk they'll change your reservation easily, that's what I did
Fine
It depends on the car you rent.
Yes they do, with a 200.00 safe guard.
Yes if you park in the economy lot, they have buses that pick you up every 10 minutes.
If a location is not open there will be a drop box for the car key and you will receive an email receipt.
Enterprise us the best. They also let me take a couple hrs early or later. Never once did they give me problem.
If tire is road legal and you have a flat tire you'll have to fix it. But check in your documents or ring them and ask.
Ring them and ask.
Just ask or check on their web site is it possible to do it or ring them
Yes
Enterprise is at the airport. Once you get off your flight and gather your luggage there are signs to the rental agency's. Once you check in with Enterprise you walk out the door and go to the right and the vehicles are there in the parking garage. Walk to the booth and there is usually a small line. Give them your receipt abd they will walk you to your car. Very easy process. Good luck !
The will charge you few days after you will give back the car. That gonna be a little bit more but no worries.
Terminal B, main counter, 2-5 min walk, then another 100 to 200 steps depending on where they parked it in the garage
Drop off is in the terminal
Please contact the physical site for special arrangements, last time I went through, I called ahead and someone was there when I got in, have your flight info ready also as they can adjust it if your flight is delayed or cancelled.
I think roseland Florida would be your best bet, make sure the airport enterprise knows it's a one way trip
If you are using a credit card and not debit it will be deducted from if there is any issue, if you have insurance for your personal then it transfers to the vehicle you are driving, check with your insurance company. Car rentals make their commissions off of selling extra insurance....but then again it can save you big $$$$ if you get hit by someone else, enjoy Florida and bring sun screen
In Orlando Airport the shuttle pickup up applies if you are coming from Terminal A, from terminal B the garage Isl really close.
As Nelson said, there may be a fee. I sincerely doubt that the Orlando airport branch would pick you up from the cruise terminal, but maybe a small local branch could? Definitely call to confirm, as each branch may have different hours and policies.
If your planning to go to a lot of places than renting would be a better choice.
credit card only
Yes but there will be an added fee.
My experience at Enterprise is $250 deposit
Create an account, if you have already done this and forgotten it will tell you that your email address associated to the account is already in use.
Some places are better than others. Some wait if they have your itinerary, some don't. I would call ahead.
Yes. I believe there is a daily fee for this service something like 5 dollars. I was told that the fee is not charged by Enterprise but by the organization that takes care of vehicle recognition and billing. The toll amount and this fee will be billed a few days after the vehicle return
Should be able to if there is a rental office there.
Yup. You need to make those arrangements when you rent the car
I'd use the search feature on Google Maps and search for "Enterprise Daytona Beach".
Dont know . If you use enterprise they will definitely go out there way to accommodate you . Best to call rental company.
I'm sure that you can but there may be a dropped charge. Of course if they are shot cars in Vero Beach they may not charge and welcome it
Depends on the car, ask when you pick it up/schedule the rental. Shouldn't be a problem. The Corvette I rented had to go back where it was picked up from.
Yes
I used American Express card and nothing came through my account until I turned in the car.
It is at the the terminal. I'm sorry I don't know the address..But it takes 5 minutes...you pull up and there are agents waiting to help you and people if you need help with bags...
No the enterprise rental is in the garage right next to the airport. You just walk over.
I will say this. I drove from Jacksonville to Orlando Airport. Dropped off a full size car. Then on my way back picked up a full size car and they still charged me a one way fare. Not exactly customer friendly.
Yes, I was asked by the rental car agent if I wanted an E-Pass. Most of the highways in Orlando charge tolls.
As long as they know you are arriving but later time it would be ok. No need to change your reservation.
Directly at the Orlando airport, in garage A or B
They have different prices for their vehicles and ask about their weekly rates. Also, do a Google on any specials they may be running at that time. Be sure to keep all quotes, and reservation information with you. Sometimes they have a tendency to not find your reservation right away. Also, fill up your own gas it's cheaper than having them do it for you.
No you don't need to purchase Enterprise Insurance. I didn't. I used my own insurance
Yes but you would need to tell them before leaving the rental office. You would most likely need your airline itinerary and if you're using a debit card you're going to need proof of residence where you live and a few hundred dollars available because the rental company wants a deposit. Good luck.
Yes. I rent from the airports even if I'm not flying.
Ya you can but as Dave said, it will cost a bit more
the same meeting place is left, that is to say that in the parking lot that is in the direction of rent-a-car and you arrive at the aerial terminal by the same entrance in front of the parking lot
No, you have to do the paperwork. but the wait is usually really short
I don't know.....but they do have one at the airport
Yes. They have a small office in the garage.
If the company you rent from at the airport has a store in Sebring yes.
Total plus 25% i believe.
Yes
Bring it back or leave it.
Yes ...you can do that. Maybe a small fee...depending on the independent Enterprise Owner. I would suggest calling to confirm.
I dont think so
I rented recently from Enterprise and they only held the amount of the rental
Yes you can drop off at different locations
We rented a car in Florida for 2 weeks and returned it. Sign up to be a premier member(free) for incentives and search for coupons. Request unlimited miles.
Their cars already have devices installed. Each time you cross any toll 3$ will be charged plus 4$ of one time fee. If you do not cross any toll then you don't have to pay any money for toll device.
No! I was left stuck at the airport and had to pay for a Uber double the amount it would have been for a rental.
Don't know for sure but they are more than helpful. Give them a call.
When making the reservation just indicate pick up and drop off and it will calculate the cost and let you know the hours available to do so.
When booking with Enterprise, use the Enterprise app, none of the other booking sites discount Enterprise. Create an account, members get 5% off.
Make sure to call the corporate office, and let them know
Where is zephyrhills?
The signs I saw said you can return rental cars at either terminal A or B.
FLA state law says 21, but due to insurance concerns you will pay significantly higher rates if you rent a car while under the age if 25.
Just pull up in the parking lot and leave the key at the drop keys box
Yes, but there is a fee.
Thanks for your quick response!
Yes, it is located at the airport.
