You can return an Enterprise rental at any branch

I was told I had a car reserved and when I got to mco airport enterprise told me that they didn't have any cars available and to keep checking back. I checked back every 4 hours. After 2 days of being stranded with my kid in a hotel we finally got a car. Then about 30 minutes of driving the dashboard is flashing it needs an oil change. Enterprise told me to go to pep boys and change it myself. It was very inconvenient being that we were on vacation. Enterprise would not help at all. I will also mention how dirty the inside of the car was when we picked it up. Beware

Mac Trailer I'm a New Yorker. I rented from Enterprise at MCO and stayed in the Orlando area for 4 days and returned the car at the same location, but most likely you will be able to return the car to a Enterprise at your destination (Melbourne)
