After using in Barcelona in 2019, I stopped using SIXT. They are a ripoff and provide no service. Nothing is their issue. They take no ownership of anything that happens. They plaster their name on the car so the thieves can know who the visitors are to target.

U should call ahead to make sure you have the proper paperwork just to have all credentials so if they ask 4 anything u will be able to have assess to them, u came to enjoy your vacation not to worry about stuff ☺️☺️☺️

Extremely disappointed in this company. Rental agent tried to sell me an upgrade the tried to charge me double what the upgrade rate was. When I showed him online from my phone he had to go in back and get manager approval to adjust. BEWARE of this! Asked agent repeatedly if my EZPass would work in the area I was driving. He assured me it would. Several weeks later I received a bill for some minor tolls that weren’t captured by the toll booth and when I called they would not take care of it. I offered yo pay the $10 in tolls but they insisted on charging me the $10 and Their (not FL toll agencies) fees of $40 for processing and handling. Gave me a BS excuse why they couldn’t waive it. Vehicle we rented had serious safety issues. Seatbelt in back did not work. Rear back up camera would not work then stayed on while driving and at night created a huge issue with trying to see the road. They obviously do not check vehicles or do and safety inspections. I used to work there to return it they request full tank or where they gave it to you and make sure there is no damage or smoking in the car if you smoke in the car is a $250 in penalty

As far as I know all you need to do is contact where you made the reservation let them know that your reservation was canceled by them and they should give you a full refund. If not contact the better business bureau and file the complaint with them as long as you weren't at fault and you should be able to get a full refund.

We rented 2 from here 3 weeks ago the both were in excellent condition and rented the truck 5 weeks prior it was also in excellent condition only compliant was the one we reserved wasn't there wouldn't be bk for hours or the next day they accommodated with the next size up to our surprise they also went up on the price. So they dropped the ball but we paid the price.

So far we haven't received any invoice for a new windscreen. When we collected the car we did a thorough walk round taking pictures of all the things listed plus more we found outside and inside then on its return we did a comprehensive video of the vehicle with a photograph of the dash showing the milage, fuel to zero reading & fuel gauge level.

You may take it out of state, but only if you have let SIXT know in advance. I believe that you will Not be able to travel any further North of Atlanta, Georgia. They close at midnight. But if you dropping off a rental car, you can do so in the airport. Just follow the signs for rental car return in terminal A and then follow signs to sixt parking. They have a dog off box for the keys in their booth.

As long as they have something available, you should be fine. I didnt have to pay to reserve my vehicle and when I got there my vehicle wasnt ready/available so they gave me a free upgrade.

They do have mini type buses to pick up people to and from airport

You have two things working against you, Orlando is so busy and TSA is not at full capacity. The early hour probably works in your favor, but I would give myself plenty of time, at least 2 hours. I would plan to be there at 5am. Good luck.
