Staff is really nice. Good selection of items. I just have 2 complaints... The shoe prices are extremely high and I wish they had more then 1 mirror in the store to try on clothing.

Cashier with short brown hair and bad attitude rang me up, when I asked for a bag she sighed and threw it on top of my clothes then called the next person up while I awkwardly tried to bag my clothing without being in the way

This store was very clean and had a big selection belive it or not for a goodwill I was impressed. The workers were even nice and knew what they were talking about. They didn't have any attitude with me like I've experienced many other store like this. I will continue to shop here not to mention the price weren't bad.

My wife and I love shopping at Goodwill. We can afford to shop at all those shiny shopping malls but why when you can buy "like new" t-shirts here for $2.50.

This is the thousand oaks location. Try calling their headquarters. I don't think they do pick ups, but I may be mistaken. If they do, the couch would have to be in very good condition, and the frame of the couch can't have any issues either.
