I arrived in Orlando on 10/11/2019 with my grandson. I had made a vehicle reservation on Reliant, however, my reservation was not fulfilled. Desperate, behold, in a gift of fate, I met Facility. I was very satisfied with all the service provided by the company, I rented the car service to Miami/Orlando at the beginning of August/2022 on the recommendation of resident friends and I was extremely satisfied, no surprises, no extra values, service in Portuguese, Brazilian company for Brazilians !
