Once in the main terminal following signs to go down and follow signs. Its o. The main level garages to pickup car is just across the street.

Follow the signs and keep yo tour left.

My suggestion (after circling the airport 2 times) is to aim for Terminal A. At some point you'll see "Rental Car Dropoff" exit on the left. This is if you ignore the rental car dropoff signs when arriving at the airport. Google Maps guidance to Thrifty was wrong; the only sign that I saw was right when you need to turn left by the entrance to terminal A
