Not worth saving a few bucks, trust me. Garage attendant during pickup was so rude it's comical. He treated me like I was inconveniencing him and mumbled everything while sucking on a candy. Nothing was prepared despite being an Express member. Price was cheap, but I'd pay more not to have to go through that again.

Wow, I've never felt so harmed, I picked up the car at the Dollar Rental Orlando Airport, the attendant said he would block it until the return, 30 days passed, after a lot of fighting, they charged a road insurance without my authorization, since I had done ALL the insurance here in Brazil. I've been robbed!!! Avoid these rental companies!!!

Worst car rental company to deal with. 72mins to get pick up the car at the Orlando air port. (Luxury) Car was very damaged, inside the car was dirty, had to clean the windshield 2 miles down the road just to see. Car smelt like dirty mop and smoke. On top of all of this they asked if I wanted insurance and I declined because I already had. Charged me for it and stated it’s a non refundable line and that they cannot do anything about it. Last time I ever use dollar or thrifty rental again. This is why apps like Turo can form and thrive. Do not recommend this company at all.

Very poor customer service on the ground level. Returned the car and rushes out before double checking a my things. Don't brother to ask a question the rude guy just flagged me away like I was harassing him. Spoke to the so called manager that didn't want to be asked any questions either. He also gave wrong information which I already knew; returned the car earlier so they give you a credit. Better off dealing with customers service than these folks here.

did you ever get the number. customer service 800# is terrible
You return at the airport where you picked up the rental vehicle follow the arrows and somebody will take your vehicle. After the employee does a quick inspection whuch took 45 seconds. I hope that helps you have a safe trip.
Yes, with restrictions or more terms. Meaning may run a credit check and/ or take a safety deposit. Call agent for specifics. Good Luck.
However, if you purchase the PAY NOW lower rate, there is no cancel, no change, no refunds even if you never use the reservation. So be careful. If you might have to cancel use the PAY LATER.
No but they do have shuttle from the airport free of charge
Yes. And the Dollar service is excellent
Just check it out online
Yes.Is 24 hours open.
That's very expensive That's why I first fueled before I gave it up.
Yes upon request
Different sides of the terminal. You can return to either.
Hyundai Sante fe, Toyota highlander, jeep cherokee trailhawk, and KIA Sorrento I believe
Prepay or pay twice the going rate of gas per gallon price.
Your best bet is to call the car rental agency for the most accurate information. "Most" rental car agencies accept a valid driver's license from foreign countries.
Yes, across the street, less then 5 minutes from counters.
Yes, we made our reservation online and paid when we got the car.
The same day, that you return the car.
Yes, yes, and no.
Sure, but it's quite expensive. Some credit cards cover LDW or CDW if you use them. Ask your bank, just in case. But you might also need to get LSI from Dollar.
The NAV came up when I hooked up my phone via USB.
You can request a GPS (it costs extra) or you could use your cellphone with the Waze app for more accurate directions.
Do you have the phone number? I need it and can’t find it.
25 and there is no extra deposit

Go to the airline counters, near Interjet, go 2 floors below and you will find the Dollar counter. There they will tell you how to cross to the parking lot and where to find the cars.
I could not tell you sorry
1 week unless there is special of some type
It's online with their website. You have to repor the item if it's not on the list
Look up your contract or call them and then type address on Google to GPS there from phone or vehicle
No need just a short walk
It shouldn't matter as long as he is on your auto insurance. My wife drove our rental this past weekend and only my name was on the reservation. When you pick up your rental just let them know you will use your own insurance and give them insurance company name. Dollar is a great company and they will let you pick your own type of car. Fill fuel up on return yourself because if you let them fill it up they charge $9.99 a gallon
It's already at the air port just a lil walk
You should call them directly
you can pay a 1 time fee and it covers all tolls as long as you have vehicle. Better than daily rate of a week at 10 bucks a day
Beware of the additional charges!
I left without check in. Don't have receipt. Got charged for $29. Called and resolved issues. Lessons learned: make sure to have receipt and inspection.
Is there a charge for shuttle to Dollar Rent a Car ?
Depends in what state you are, Florida has low prices in low season
Yes, you can, but I don't think it'll save you time.
Not sure. Contact them, they may have a point there.
they will not reserve a certain car for you. I understand it as first come first serve. But I agree Google Maps on your phone is usually easier and cheaper to navigate with. Just make sure you have the settings adjusted to what you want- tolls, & such.
I used a debit card, the only thing is you have to book in a week notice. 24hrs or less you will need a return flight to book it with a debit card.
Yes but confirm first
It depends on how big you want it, a compact for 7 days will cost you 150 with insurance. Large 200. Without insurance 100, and 150.
Terminal A
If I remember correctly it is. It's the same parking garage as pick up point you just have to follow the "car return" signs when you get to it and follow the one for Dollar.
Dollar Rental is an on-site car rental agency. So you will pick up your car at the airport, and drop off your car at the airport. It is about a three to five minute walk from the drop-off spot to the terminal. It's very easy
What they say and what they charge at two different things with my experience I wouldn't trust them with debit or credit cards
Some fees and the value of the GPS can also be agreed in the withdrawal of the car ..
Yes, all additional drivers are extra
I was 22 and it was at least $50. However, I cannot encourage you enough to rent from somewhere else. Please read all the reviews.
Hello, they deliver it to you right there in the airport
Did you ever get it back..I am in the middle to trying to get a refund and no one seems to want to answer emails etc
Dollar has access from both A and B Terminals in Orlando
In the dollar garage, signposted from the main airport drive
I don't know but either way you shouldn't use this companys rental service they are going to rob you blind they charged me 400 to rent a car for three days .. It's not worth it, shop around and find another rental company you can trust
