I have rented a car in Orlando, and drop off in Miami. They didn't charge extra fee for that. Same with alamo no extra fee, from Miami to Orlando.
Most rental companies Just charge you more for dropping it off at a different spot.
If they have an depot in that location it may be possible. However you'd need to contact dollar, if they do offer this be prepared to pay a fee due to the car not being returned to the pick up point
