can we rent a car with a debit card

I used a debit card, the only thing is you have to book in a week notice. 24hrs or less you will need a return flight to book it with a debit card.

I think you must have a valed credit card because they will block an amount for insurance and return when you get back. Also any other charges may be debted later, like penalties for instance, whar is not possible with debit cards

Yes you can rent it with a debit card but it has to be from a reputable bank ,the debit card with n account.not those you put money in it,

I doubt it. I think you need a credit card and have to be over 24
