The worst watch and brand ever!!! Big fail for this brand agent in jordan !!! not like what they said that it's water resistent!!! and the agent said I can't fix it ... throw it and bring a new one!!!!

I would like to say how pleased I am at the service I received from the MTM service department. I originally had my MTM watch battery replaced at a local fine jeweler. One week after the battery replacement I noticed that moisture accumulated on the watch face. I contacted MTM and received instructions on how to send the watch for repair along with a repair estimate. I sent the watch for repair and in about 10 days the watch was returned to me. MTM did an exceptional job in repairing and cleaning the watch. It looks like the watch is brand new! Way to go MTM! So from now on any service I need for my watch will only be completed by MTM.

I purchase the Grey Silencer as a gift for my boyfriend and we were blown away by the quality and authenticity. The case alone was impressive and then to open it to find such an incredible time piece….I couldn't be more happy. Worth every penny! Thank you!

Best watches I have ever owned. Have had the FALCON for over 10 years,and now for a change got the VULTURE. Before I found MTM I went thru a watch every few months.

Sorry for the confusion Randy, this means that the customization options you have chosen are unable to be configured that way or are currently unavailable.

I took my MTM watch in to get a replacement battery and the jeweler there couldn't get the back open. Do I need to send this in to the MTM factory to have the battery replaced?
