Traveling back overseas with three young children and six suit cases. When returning rental car with Budget in Terminal A, where do I get trolleys for my luggage or assistance to bring luggage upstairs? Thank you.

There is a cart dispenser right before you enter the terminal entrance right at the end where you drop off your car. Carts are $6 with a 25 cent refund if you return the cart. If there is a ling line, you have plenty of time to get out of your car, go get the cart, and bring it back to your car. Depending upon the size of the suitcases, you might need a second cart.
