I have reservations at 3 can I pick my car up early

Should be ok with any car rental place within US, but from the experience with this rental place, where the employee who is supposed to be helping you values more in chatting with other female employee, just bring a book or magazine and be prepare to spend some time there. We waited for an hour and half to get our car with a so called "reservation".

They take care of u right away , if they have no cars available u might have to wait

I had a similar wait at 2.5 hours in Orlando. If traveling with someone, i suggest splitting up - one retrieving any luggage and the other waiting in line for the car.
