When I pick up my car in Orlando do I have to stop at the desk and tell them that I have my own Sun-Pass and that I don't want to participate in the Budget e-toll program?

I think all you need to do is make sure that the SunPass which is in your vehicle is switched to the off position. However I would still tell them because a toll operator around Orlando told me that it was still picking up the SunPass despite the fact that I had it turned off....
