Yes, the car rental place is connected to the airport terminal building. We went to the car rental company counter to check in and do paper work then pickup our car at parking garage type of building accross the street.

Do you like being ripped off and taken advantage of? If so, then book with this Budget. Most unethical company I have ever done business with. I've always used Budget but never ever again after how they treated me and their unethical behavior.

Extremely slow service. The employees are taking their time and doesn’t care how long the line is. Expect 1 hour or so to wait in line. Each customer takes them 10-15 mins to complete the process.
