When i arrived later (just after midnight) my contract was taped to the window of the unmanned Budget booth in the parking garage. I simply grabbed it, found the car and showed the contract and my license on the way out of the garage. Very convenient. I am a Budget "Fastbreak" member so that might be required.
3 years ago that was true. Now they shut down Fastbreak whenever they don't have staff & you have to wait. I even asked, can't you have 1 line for FB customers who prepay to pick up. When there are none, they can serve the line. Answer was NO. 3 1/2 HOUR wait to pick up is UNACCEPTABLE! Then no response from customer service.
