I have a rental at budget with a 2nd driver who is coming in about 6 hours after I get to orlando. What do I need to bring with me so the 2nd driver gets put on my car or do they have to stop at your desk and give info?

I would have the person send me a picture of the front and back of there license. But I think they need to scan the license.
