You can have them order a Will Call, which means they can pay for it on the phone or internet and you can pick up your tickets at the desk. It will have a convenience fee, though. Arrive at least 45 minutes early! Especially with the storm, even earlier!

The one in Orlando does have a small Cafe where are you can get something to eat and drinks. I hope that helps you if not there are definitely some places down the street where you can get food, and right next door is a gas station where you can get things also.

I found the station to be under staffed. There is chaos and crowds and no information signs. I am disabled and was almost left behind because no one ever responded to help me and I was right there to board! Arrive way earlier than is recommended if you aren't already familiar with everything. Rude lady checking us in and she could care less if your bus is there and the line is huge- always a long slow line to check in. I've been back and forth from Fort Lauderdale a lot of times. The Greyhound Bus Terminal in Orlando is a busy one at times. Could be kept a bit cleaner. Wish the consession would be open all night, especially when the terms is busy. I have always gone through Atlanta or Tallahassee to get to St. Louis. Buses have all be in good condition. Internet.... Most of the time.

Lastly I "HIGHLY" recommend you call the facility and speak with management ASAP & make a police report. If staff hasn't collected your property theres a good chance its lost. Probably for good.
