Yes what Heather said... You can Google Greyhound Customer Service and you may have to speak with several people and then ask or demand to speak to a supervisor but you will eventually get somebody that will do what they can to help you resolve your situation. Hope your day gets better 😊
My suggestion would be contact customer service for Greyhound and they should have a local number for the station
