UPS steals packages. I opened a claim when a package (Apple MacBook) was marked as delivered with the criteria "Met Customer". An investigation was opened and eventually closed without anyone contacting me about the incident. When I called they said they had "proof of delivery", but couldn't provide me the proof, instead the results of the claim/investigation are sent to the sender, even when it's initiated by the receiver. Long story short Apple sent a replacement, and I never found out what happened to the first MacBook that I didn't receive. Do not use UPS, especially the international department to send/receive items if you have a choice.

How are you closed for 4 hours i used my lunch break to come way down here that makes absolutely no da since driver didnt leave my package on the porch now i cant pick my stuff up because yall are that busy that customer service can take 4 hours off in the middle of the day its 214 pm and your closed people work these hours you have this place should be ran over i see why its so many law suits at this place

My issue was not with being the packages being delivered my issue is the driver of the truck 861657 was cross two of the handicap spaces so nobody can pull in. He said oh I left you enough space here I said yeah then I’d hit you it’s all you had to do is ask. You should not have been blocking the handicap spaces in the first place and I’m very disappointed in his driver course he was a young driver so he don’t care he didn’t have to suffer walking into the doctors office.

How can you expect them to deliver to po boxes? It's different companies. Po boxes are by postal office. Sorry for the lost of your package. I hoped that you got it by now it's has been 8 months.
I gotta say, I had a similar experience on the phone. But when I went to the UPS service center in person, they really did solve my issue. Good luck, I hope they helped.
If its being delivered from the orlando wharehouse there is probably gonna be a delay their working shirt handed one of my packages was sitting on a trailor for 3days because they dont have the staff to keep up with whats comming thru

Yes...if you indicate pickup at hub. I have successfully done this in the past. I think they only hold for 5 days though. Hope that helps.
The routes for drivers are computer generated to ensure maximum use of time and fuel. As for your package being late, if your package is GROUND delivery this delivery could take up to 5-7 business days.

Hi there Tina, I do not believe so however it would be best to discuss this request with your center manager who can advise you further. For the record, employees are usually where the need is. As for resigning and rehiring, that is also a question for your local center manager. I put in ten years and resigned to attend college overseas and am myself looking to return. I think a rehire would depend on your work record, the reason you left, and if there is a need in the specific are you are wanting to go. You might be wise to keep an eye online for the jobs advertised and sign up for alerts. I am not sure if you work a sort, delivery, feeder, or OMS etc. That too will likely play a role. All the best.
Hi Cfia, If the local hub has a customer service counter then yes you can send an overnight item. If not then you need to find your nearest UPS store who can offer the same services for you. Hope this helps. Cheers
In a week or so also they can use trains to speed things up as long they make it to Jacksonville we be OK. As for business we have been busy yet packages do come late we are able to make service just check the tracking number and wait you will get your package.
