My mother-in-law is a refugee from a war in Ukraine. We helped her to get to the Canada, but we are based in US and she did not have a US visa. Since this case was not typical (most people cross in Mexico) and we also did not wanted to take any chances or to make my mother-in-law in her age to wait on the border, we hired this company to help us with all the documentation required. Deron and his team were super quick to prepare everything, to answer all our questions and to help her prepare to the crossing. Everything went super smooth. I'm pretty sure that having a lawyer on this case made a huge difference and she only spent 2 hours on the border without any English knowledge! Now we are all together in US and we're so grateful for help! Would recommend working with them! 10/10

You’re free to come and go from the United States if you have a green card. However, if you’re going to be gone longer than 6 months, you may need to prove to the U.S. government that you don’t intend to abandon your U.S. residence. If you’re going to be gone for longer than a year, you should apply for a reentry permit before your trip so that you can establish the fact that you don’t intend to abandon your residence in the United States.
You can ask USCIS to remove your conditions whether you are in the United States or outside the United States at the time you file. However, you must return to the U.S. with your spouse and your children, as an interview may be required to demonstrate eligibility to remove conditions on your residence before USCIS will issue a decision.
Great question. A specific case one though, so would you mind calling the office so we can have a private discussion and share your options?
You are not allowed to sponsor aunts and uncles, grandparents, in-laws or cousins, whether you’re a U.S. citizen or a green card holder. You can only sponsor immediate family members to come to the U.S.
The E-2 Investor Visa allows an individual to enter and work inside of the United States based on an investment he or she will be controlling, while inside the United States. For example, you buy a business in the United States and intend to manage it. You must be from a treaty country to participate in this visa.
There are several requirements to obtain a K-1 Fiancé Visa. -You are required to be a U.S. citizen. -You & your fiancé must both be eligible to marry. -You need to prove that you’re in a bona fide relationship. -You'll need to prove that you have met in person at least once within the past two years. -The U.S. citizen partner must make enough money to meet or exceed 100 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.
Green cards are generally valid for 10 years. After 10 years, you can renew your green card – you don’t have to reapply. You’ll get a new card in the mail and can continue to use it to verify your lawful permanent resident status.
Asylum is claimed by a person who flees their home country, enters or requests entry into the United States, and applies for protection from the USA so they do not have to return to their home country. In order to qualify for asylum as an asylum seeker, you must establish that you are a refugee who is unable or unwilling to return to his or her country of nationality, because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.
For the most part, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States for three or five years at the time you apply for citizenship, depending on the naturalization category you’re using. If you’re married to a U.S. citizen you may apply for citizenship after three years; everyone else must wait five years.
A 'Marriage Visa' is a visa that allows the spouse of an American Citizen to travel to the USA and receive Permanent Residency also known as a Green Card. Both parties must meet the minimum qualifications for this immigration benefit. If both the US Citizen and the Foreign Citizen are eligible, we can help you apply for a 'Marriage Visa'.
