The building and amenities are terrific and the management is the friendliest management I’ve had in all my 5 years in the city. The general manager Kimberley is one of the best GMs in town and was super helpful when moving in. Plus shes super fun to talk to! Overall experience is a confident 5/5.

I just moved into the Sheffield. I am renting from a current owner. The building is first class in every way. Rooftop pool, rooftop. Deck. BBQ deck, club room, gym. My unit has a washer/dryer, which is such a luxury in NY. The staff is super helpful. A first class living experience.
