Have to admit, I am a bit Bias. my wonderful girlfriends WONDERFUL father lives in this complex, along with many of his lifelong friends who I have met. and I must say everyone of them I have met and I think everyone of them are good people. these buildings have a good crowd of residents and visitors alike. it's the population from around the block one needs to worry about. a very close friend of mine was robbed and pistol whipped on the boardwalk around the block and i have had some scary experiences there myself but closer to Hammels.
