USPS has lost 2 packages of mine in the past month.

I am just reposting the exact comments that Someone else posted ... Because the EXACT SAME THING happened to me. The Leadership in this post office is a joke…to allow this to continue. Maybe writing a congressional complaint will help. This is the most Pathetic Post office for their services I even came across. 1) I had a big envelope delivery on Saturday which required a signature. The delivery person only knocked on the door (not even rang the door bell). When we opened the door, there was only some flyer related item left at the door - nobody else visible around. 2) After 15-20 minutes when we came out from our front door we realized that the USPS delivery person left (stuck on the door) a "Missed Delivery" note mentioning to collect the item from the post office - which will be available on Monday at the earliest. 3) The note had a post office address mentioning 9AM - 5PM time however on Monday (Today) when I visited this location, it said it opens at 10AM..!!!!!!! 4) Also another (biggest) concern is that I have signed up for the "USPS Informed Delivery". This item mentioned above for delivery - NEVER popped as delivering on Saturday. Also I do have some mails forwarded from my old address (Which actually arrive in the mail box) but never notified in "Informed Delivery". I know that Informed delivery is an optional service and good to have, and not a right, but when I was in southern California (Los Angeles), this issue was never there. So seems this location and their services. I hope the Management at this location would look into this review and would work to improve the services they offer to our community here in Folsom.

This office is the worst office I have ever been to and that I’ve ever spoken to. They are disrespectful and they don’t care what happens to your packages, I spoke to one person who refused to say that the package was lost but then they agreed that they would send me an email stating that they no longer have the package. I then spoke to another person that then told me that they had sent the package back to the sender and that I needed to contact them because they no longer had to report on the status of my package. Absolutely terrible and the worst people, I would give it zero stars and I would report them for losing my package and lying to me if there was a place you could possibly do so.

Had a FLAT RATE package get returned for “insufficient delivery funds”. Can’t get ahold of anyone there. They don’t return calls or emails. They don’t answer the phones so don’t even try.

They don't ring your bell. They have a contract with fed ex and, or UPS as well. However the mailperson never gets out of their truck. They put a slip in the mail and you have to go get it. Things aren't like they used to be.
Go to the inside counter explain your situation and they should set you up with what you need.
She could always claim hardship and get a signed doctor's note saying she's unable to get her mail, that way they can take it straight to her door. She would have to purchase a mailbox and have it installed by her door... Go into the post office and ask them how to start the paperwork..
You need an application with a photo of yourself, proof of identity, photo copies of that proof(front and back), proof of citizenship (birth certificate). The passport card is for Mexico, Canada, Bahamas and is cheaper than a Passport for traveling abroad. Look up post office passport for forms and locations. You can also get Passports through Identigo.
You have to release the vacation hold. Normally I go in and do that and pick up my held mail. As the saying goes, if you want it done right do it yourself. But 5 days? Not a long time to need vacay hold...
the Folsom location does not do passports any longer. The Citrus Heights location and the Royal Oaks location do first come first serve passports every day. If you're just looking to renew you can usually do that just by sending your information and you can visit the website travel.gov. most Walgreens locations in Costco will do passport photos.
No
What about in Orangeville?
Do you still process passport renewals?
