This building is NOT luxury condo! The apartments are so poorly maintained, the walls are scuffed, bathroom pipes are poorly maintained, light fixtures and water pressures are a joke, it’s in a bad part of Harlem. On my first night I heard FOUR gunshots right outside! I’m already having renters remorse. The building management/supers are useless
