Very, very limited number of staff post- COVID. Those there friendly and helpful. Half of the store unsupervised. Stock quite messy, sizes totally mixed up. Fitting rooms all had clothing and hangars. Prices for men's shorts were a bargain.

That's because the November earning dates were from November 20th through November 25th. There is a current earning period from November 30th through December 6th. If you made purchases after the 25th but before the 30th you would not have received Kohl's cash.
