Why do you folks insist on making an all day task of delivering a package in Orlando FL, 20 minutes from my residence. It is already several days late. You should have just called me and I could have picked it up at 9am this morning. :/

The routes for drivers are computer generated to ensure maximum use of time and fuel. As for your package being late, if your package is GROUND delivery this delivery could take up to 5-7 business days.
