Had an issue with a package delivery, had to get it rescheduled for delivery to my apartment again. When I opened the door the delivery guy immediately told me "you did not make this easy" in a really rude tone instead of answering my hello, I normally don't have packages that require signature so I was kinda confused and struggling putting my dob at 1st and the guy was just staring at me in an awkward way looking at me struggle, I understand that he is in a hurry but wouldn't it be faster if he would've helped me by saying "first goes your dob then your initials and then you can sign it". I really hope he NEVER delivers at my apartment again. Maybe he was having a rough day but I didn't do anything to make his day that way, it wasn't even my package it's my roommate's. Such a disappointment fedex.

Good Afternoon Ms. Morris. I would suggest that if and when you visit this store location, you should visit the Shipping Area/Center within the store. Your item should already be either in an envelop or a boxed based on its size and contents inside and then ready to be shipped out "BUT" if you would like an associate to assist you in preparing your item to be shipped regardless of how you need your item shipped then I suggested at either point, let the associate weigh the item first and then they would be able to tell you how much it will cost to ship it to your desired location respectfully.
