The only reason it's not a one star is because the front desk agent was actually really nice she just had no idea of how to help beyond giving me the package. FedEx is my least shipping company ever to deal with. I started a new job and they were shipping my technology package through FedEx and it required a signature as soon as I saw they attempted delivery and I wasn't home I paid their fee to reschedule the delivery for a day someone would be home to sign for it. Well that was today and my roommate sat at home all day waiting for the delivery. I get off work and see it never left the office and I was forced to drive 40 mins out of my way to go pick it up. They find it easily enough and I sign for it but then I ask about refunding the fee I paid to have it delivered on my specific day and they were clueless and said to call the customer service line. The customer service line was just as clueless and said I had to call back next week to see "if they could offer a refund" what do you mean if you can. I paid for a service that was not provided I want my money back. I will never willingly ship anything with FedEx
