Please do not ship to this location. On July 26, I went to this place to send a small box to Colombia that contained a computer and a quantum analyzer. Eight days passed and my box did not arrive. I called to ask what had happened and they told me that Dian had withheld my merchandise. I understood why this had happened. It turns out that it happened because of this company that at the time of taking the indications of my box they did not declare the quantum analyzer and only declared the computer to which, for obvious reasons, when you did not declare something that goes in the box, Dian is going to to hold back. They sent me an email verifying that it was for them not to declare what my box contained because I very clearly told the lady in charge what I was going to pack in the box since you can see on the cameras that I pack things right there in the place. More than 8 days have passed for the supposed documents that Dian requests for my box and it is still the day that I have not received answers, nobody answers my box and all because of that lady who did not do her job well. I would like that as a company it would be that they should answer me for the items in my box since you are responsible for not declaring the things that one is going to send. I've been waiting all this time for an answer but since they don't answer me for my box I'm going here so it doesn't happen to someone else.

We sent a 55-inch TV with them and it arrived in excellent condition, we generally try to put it in another box apart from the one that already comes with the TV, they also explained to us about our responsibility in case the TV breaks.
