The woman was so rude. I needed some help with the printer but she kept ignoring me and served other people. Printing here could take hours because according to what she says, she has other work to do! I ended up going to other Fedex nearby

I stopped for a single cut, it might take 30 seconds to be done. They said it would take 2 hours or more. I left the phone number and no one called me back for 2 days. When I went back to pick it up it was wrong. Very bad customer service, they has bad attitude and bad relationships with customer. I would never go back.

Went Above and Beyond for us!!! I highly recommend this FedEx Print Center in Orlando! We were having to get some last minute promotional printing done for an event we were working at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort recently. We contacted this FedEx about an hour before closing and they put a rush order in for us and JUST GOT IT DONE for us! We were working with Mary at the Store and she was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Thanks Mary for saving our butts and getting us what we needed! Also...thanks for your patience with all our issues getting you what you needed to help us! GREAT JOB!!!
