The employee that helped me, Jason, was genuinely amazing. Super great help at every step, whenever a problem arose, he easily took care of it. He made the whole process super smooth and stress free, and was very nice.

I called before hand to double if Ku package which had 2 tracking numbers (two-part) was there. Jessi answered. I tried to explain to her the situation of the 2 tracking numbers, but she only looked up one and cut me off several times during the call. She placed me on hold many times and eventually came back to the line and stated my packages were there. I drove to the store thereafter. Upon entering, I was greeted by Jason. He asked me for the tracking numbers again and I gave him the missed card fedex had left at my house. He came back from somewhere in the back with only 1 out of 2 packages. I explained that it was a two-part item and that Jessi had confirmed approximately 30 mins before my entire package was there. He immediately got flustered and told him no one could be more frustrated than me. Jason replied “tell me about it I work here.” I replied, “well I’m paying for a service seems like I have worse.” In the end, Jason couldn’t find my package. I got upset because he, Jessi, and Eric (the manager by the way) told me to call the 1-800, which it was something I had already done days before. When I questioned why they couldn’t assist considering that the 1-800 told me my packages would be routed to this location, I called prior to arriving there and spoke with Jessi, and still no package, Jason told fedex was a three-part company and that he couldn’t assist. You would think they would of tried to call the 1-800 number themselves or try to assist in tracking where the package was but no one did. On top of that, Jason was rude and so unprofessional meanwhile Jessi just didn’t care. Eric just stood there with little or no control over his staff’s behavior and zero customer service skills. A total shame.
