We needed a reasonable place to stay and this was it. Most units are set up for permanent stays, but one was available, the manager was super nice and we visited for quite awhile. Had water, sewer and electric, no showers but we will use ours. Very quiet and had all we needed for a meal, sleep and shower.

250 to 300 a month. I think it was electric and water, as long as it was within reason. I'm not sure if there's wifi. But it does have a laundry room where it's only 1 dollar a wash and 1dollar to dry. They also were fenced in all the way around, only one entrance and it was quiet. The owners are nice people. The tenants were quiet and respectful. Dogs do have to be leashed inside the RV park at all times.
