I had to update my review due to them replacing the jeweler. The jeweler they have now ruined my wedding ring. He damaged the stone, the setting was crooked and he broke a prong on the setting. when we took it back he said that the stone came that way and the setting was already damaged. He took no responsibility for the damaged he created and wanted us to pay him a second time to fix what should have been fixed the first time. He lied several times to us and and didn't care about the quality of his work. He blamed me and my husband for his damage!! Very upsetting and the owner just stood there and said that he runs the jewelry counter. If you care about your jewelry DON'T TAKE IT HERE!!!!! I would have taken it somewhere else if they had told us our usual jeweler no longer worked there! Jery reached out to me and fixed my ring personally and its beautiful again. Thank you Jery I will only come to you!
