Horribly inefficient staff. I sat in line for 25 minutes listening to them explain over and over to somebody that they needed an address to ship a package. The line was out the door. Only 2 people working on a Friday. How does this place function

Today I was rushing in to print something I needed ASAP & the printers were giving me a little trouble & just as I was getting irritated & about to leave, PJ called out to ask if I needed help. I was hesitant because I know I’m picky about my prints & I didn’t want to take up too much of his time but he was very patient & did an amazing job! He got me out of there quickly & saved the day! Thank you again PJ!!

very bad service with manager named Max, he didn't accept my package, nothing wrong, why big shipping service like Fedex hire him, a person with no respect for customers, never come back this place
