I was originally hesitant to write a review due to the fact that Dr. Deitz came recommended. I promptly arrived for my appointment and waited roughly 20 minutes ( not uncommon). As Dr. Deitz entered the room I thought she would apologize for the wait, not the case at all. However, Dr. Deitz did otherwise appear friendly after introductions were made. As I began to explain my symptoms, I did not feel that she was listening because she was typing on the computer for the duration of my office visit. However, she was quick to dismiss it as some other matter. I respectfully told her that it wasn't the case, but she didn't want to hear it. She did agree to do a series of lab work, which I returned a few days later to complete. About one week later, I reviewed my results via the patient portal. My Vitamin D was below the minimum standard and some other labs showed levels which were on the low end of "normal". Despite my feelings, I did follow up with Dr. Deitz inquiring about treatment options. I was told ALL my labs were normal and nothing could be done on her end. So twelve vials of blood later and that's all she could tell me? I thought she was a think outside of the box kind of doctor, nope a typical one that reads lab results. If you're looking for someone to listen and help, keep looking
