The staff is very friendly, but now there is a law that you have to pay for services. The bad thing is that they charge you by calculation, not what you spend. I would be happy if I had a gas and electricity meter instead of paying for people who even have businesses here! I was away for two months and they charge me for electricity as it was spent and the apartment was closed!

I’ve been living here for 4 years. Overall, I love it here. It definitely has its pros and cons. Pros: The maintenance staff is AMAZING! They all are courteous and helpful. Emergency maintenance is fast! I especially love when Dave(one of the maintenance staff) comes to my rescue. He’s always kind and polite. He gets the job done fast and it’s always thoroughly completed. The rent back in 2018 was decently priced. I’m not sure what it is now. The former property manager Melissa was super professional. Nice size one bedrooms Cons: Parking is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! The office staff are a hit or miss in regards to friendliness. Sharing laundry space can be challenging at times Thin walls Mice problem in 2019

These aparments are beautiful I have an aparment with 2 rooms and no mice no bugs and no bed bugs I love this place and the office staff comes to change the filter and when something breaks they come fix it right away like in the evening you come back to a brand new let's say backdoor lock mine didn't work and they fixed the backdoor lock the next day I recommend these aparments they are beautiful.

I love watermill apartments. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond. Maintenance team is very responsive. Everyone in the community also seems to stay to themselves.
