Originally posted on October 7, 2022. Signed contract on March 14, 2022. Only condition I had was that the project be completed by September 8th, 2022. While I was not specifically promised that, I was told that they would do everything possible to make that happen. Had the refacing done end of June. Job was not completed nor did they request the final payment as they had 3 items to address 1) to order a replacement for one panel that was measured incorrectly, 2) install the range hood, and 3) reinstall shelving inside my pantry. I was pleased with the installation but that is all! I contacted them the next day to report that one of the cabinet doors had an obvious deep scratch and wanted it replaced. From that point until about 10 days ago, I have had to initiate every single communication with them to get updates on when they would complete the job. I even sent an email to owner in August regarding my dissatisfaction. Instead of hearing from the owner, I get a call from the production manager who apologized and said he would follow up with me the next day to get the range hood and shelving reinstalled so I could have a fully functioning kitchen back again. Then crickets...until I get a call on September 19th that they're ready to come finish the job. Scheduled it for middle of October. Next, I get a call on October 5th stating that a visit was scheduled for the following week for warranty work and that final payment had not been paid and that needed to be taken care of. I returned the call, which went to voicemail, explaining the reason why they haven't received the payment and that I would like to discuss the entire experience I have endured. Crickets again!! At that point, I'm not sure if they still plan to show up to complete the install or not! Definitely not worth the $21,000 dollars I paid. Not completed in time frame I requested, literally no communication from them. If their contract was not written entirely to their benefit, I would have ended this a few months ago. But instead, I just have to wait it out and then write a very painful final payment check. BUYER BEWARE! Update 10/19/22 - they came as previously scheduled but ordered the wrong door style for the pantry and now have to return again!

My kitchen is absolutely beautiful! My salesman, Mike asked what I wanted and his recommendations were exactly what I described. He made selections extremely easy ( right from the comfort of my home.) The workmanship was superior, each worker diligent and precise. The only delay I experienced was waiting for a sink, as it arrived damaged. This company worked with me to compensate me for the inconvenience. If you are looking for ANY type of kitchen remodeling, no need to even consider looking elsewhere, you've found the best in Kitchen Saver.

This is for the Owings Mills location. They did everything exactly as they said they would. Results are as close to flawless as humanly possible. We are very pleased. Easy to work with, pleasant folks. They work very fast and are very, very clean. We got multiple bids and they were the most (better materials, hardware) for the money. We recommend without reservation!
